What I do

On my homepage I collect my art, as well as blog articles on intersectional feminist topics, as well as meta-information.

I profit most from monthly support, with which I hope to be able to cover part of my income at some point and be less dependent on jobs in which I, due to my health situation, cannot sufficiently perform. The Windblüten project

In order to publish more writing projects in idealistic, anti-capitalist and anti-ableist ways with others, I founded the Windblüten project with Iris Leander Villiam. In addition to my and Villiam’s works, you will also find invitations to open calls for short stories and other art and more content from other rule-breaking creatures in the future.

About this homepage

I write novels, short stories and poems, record audio stories and write about writing. I draw and paint, take photographs of nature above and below water, make music and write blog articles mainly about being queer and about ableism. This page is a collection of all the things I produce for wider public and for myself. Most of my content is German but every now and then there is an English article or English story. I am trying to create all content in both languages, but I didn’t succeded so far.

Usually, I very much welcome any kind of feedback or criticism concerning homepage or content. I write “usually” as a vague restriction since I did experience criticism that persistently built on false assumptions about me, or was ableistic, with many “just google it”s or “everyone should be able to”s. On the other hand I am patient and assume good will, and also I do not think criticism necessarily needs to be constructive or even brought on in a nice or polite tone.

I hope that my work will lead to creatures being able to accept themselves more and learn to be gentler with themselves. I would like to scratch at assumptions and prejudices. I want to plant ideas for a better future and hope that it will help us to find more compassion for each other in society. I want to create worlds where there is room for some sense of relief and breathing, a way to heal the wounds a bit that society has cut in us.

My main project is the novel series Myrie Pliers which I currently translate into English. It is a Fantasy/SciFi utopia (solarpunk), a coming-of-age story about an autistic main character.
